Our Standard
Resolution:
a. Solvent Based Product
(Outdoor, Direct Printing on Vinyl and Sticker)
- 720dpi / Proportional size
of the final printed product (approx.20% of actual size)
b. Oil Based Product
(Indoor/Outdoor, Direct Printing on any kind of Polyester)
- 200dpi /
Proportional size of the final printed product (approx.20% of actual size)
Setting up your
artwork
a. 20% of actual print size (divide
Xmm by 5)
b. Approx 300 dpi
c. Fonts : create outlines
for all the letters.
d. Original file - Adobe Illustrator,
Coreldraw, Photoshop files (PC format, we cannot accept MAC)
*** It's hard to tell exact spec for the artwork
resolution as it varies depends on the artwork content, actual size and artwork
program used
COLOUR
All printing is done using CMYK.
Pantone
colours are used as guides - although they cannot be matched perfectly they will
be
matched as closely as possible.
If you require a match to a particular
colour reference then please include this with the artwork
and clearly mark
it as a colour reference.
SOFTWARE
Please
submit files in Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps or .pdf), Photoshop (.psd) or
CorelDraw (.cdr) format.
Please insure that files do not exceed
500mb.
LAYOUT
Place high-resolution files in layouts (rather
than low-res positionals). All images should be
embedded and supplied
separate.
All fonts should be either supplied with the artwork or converted
to paths. (More info next page)
Embedded fonts must also be
supplied.
BLEED
No bleed is required for normal banners and
stands.
15mm bleed is required for Mesh and Trilobal
flags.
RESOLUTION
Images should be supplied at 300dpi at 20% of
the actual size (if emailing)
Images can be supplied at higher resolution if
uploading it or sending via CD.
